Through her 20+ years of experience as a pediatrician, Mumta Wellness Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarwar, came to realize the role stress and anxiety played in so many conditions. She became passionate about mental health and studied various modalities before finding Clinical Hypnosis.

In her 20+ years of experience as a pediatrician, Dr. Sarwar came to realize the role stress and anxiety played in so many conditions. She became passionate about mental health and studied various modalities before finding Clinical Hypnosis.
For the last few years, Dr. Sarwar has devoted her career to counseling kids and their families and teaching them how to use hypnosis to help themselves feel better. She has completed training and is now a faculty member at the National Pediatric Hypnosis Training Institute (NPHTI).
Healing Through Clinical Hypnosis
Clinical hypnosis is different from “stage hypnosis”. Clinical hypnosis is a mind body technique -
it is a state of deep inward focus with an aim to promote relaxation and healing.
Hypnosis, when taught by a trained medical professional, can empower you to better manage
your thoughts and emotions and ultimately lead to profound inward shifts.
